Convenient and Clean Stay

I found the breakfast buffet to be excellent. Two automatic coffee machines plus readily available hot water for tea allowed everyone to get a drink quickly. There was a very good selection of cereals, fruit, and pastries. bacon and sausage options, so everyone found something. The room itself was clean and the shower was AMAZING!!!
My air conditioning unit was not turned on. The unit was completely dead. My room stayed FREEZING all night.

The staff members were friendly and cute to the guests. I also observed that the dinner service was handled efficiently by the team. Staff demonstrated commitment.

Mediocre experience near the NEC
limited storage spaceunadjustable climate
The room felt rather basic. It lacked storage space. There was only a small set of hangers on pegs. The climate control seemed stuck, so adjusting the temperature was impossible. I found the single pillow provided was not supportive enough for a good night's sleep.

the breakfast had a lot of choices and the croissants were soft and fresh. the beds and pillows felt very comfortable. fresh towels were available in the room. the room was clean and tidy.
i had trouble getting the tv to work. nobody came to fix the tv even after i asked twice. the service regarding the tv issue was disappointing.
